Open House Hiring Event
When: Wednesday, April 30th, 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm

Join our Ice Mountain Spring Water brand team as a Seasonal Associate!
Seasonal assignments offer valuable work experience at a leading beverage company. Also, if opportunities exist at the end of the assignment, you can be considered for a full time position. Individuals in seasonal assignments are not eligible for all company benefits.
Seasonal Positions Available
Production Technician: $21.00 / hour
Palletizer: $21.00 / hour
Forklift Operator: $21.00 / hour
6-8% of base hourly rate shift differential paid for applicable hours worked
Schedule:12-hour rotational 2/2/3 shifts, 6:00 am – 6:00 pm or 6:00 pm – 6:00 am shifts are available
Ability to work either shift, holidays and weekends per business needs.
What you will do daily:
Safely operate forklifts to transport raw materials and products
Operate, changeover, clean, troubleshoot, and complete basic maintenance on equipment
Perform pre-trip inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting on equipment as needed
Conduct hourly quality checks and maintain documentation for inventory and maintenance compliance
Use scanners for accurate inventory tracking
Collaborate with team members to prevent line stoppages and improve operations.
Maintain clean and organized workspaces while adhering to safety and GMP standards
Monitor key metrics like equipment downtime and production output
Provide vacation coverage and cross-train for other roles as needed
Participate in safety initiatives
Other duties as assigned by Leader
Qualifications
Requirements and Qualifications include but are not limited to:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Forklift experience with a solid safety record is preferred, but not required
Familiarity with manufacturing, production, and Good Manufacturing Principle standards
Computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft applications, SAP experience a plus
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
Ability to lift and move 50 lbs. and stand on your feet for extended periods of time throughout the day
Ability to work in adverse environmental conditions, including inclement weather and changes in temperature
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
