Job Description
The Senior Project Manager will oversee and manage complex supply chain projects related to new products for innovations and renovations, artwork changes, new equipment, new manufacturing facilities, and other initiatives. These projects include multimillion-dollar investments and time-sensitive delivery and implementation critical to the business.
This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate across various departments and stakeholders to manage the end-to-end activities of projects.
The Senior Project Manager will coordinate the activities and tasks executed by the project core team members in a matrix organization and communicate with key stakeholders about project progress, including senior executive leaders
Pay Range: $128,740 – $158,264. This role is eligible for an annual bonus.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate cross-functional teams from procurement, engineering, manufacturing, finance, marketing, and R&D.
• Prepare business cases with finance teams to build ROI models.
• Submit project scope, business case, success criteria, project charter information, key risks, timing, and cost estimation for approval.
• Manage budgets and cost-track projects.
• Lead meetings and periodic reporting of all projects.
• Perform risk assessments and follow up on mitigation actions.
• Present project reports and obtain formal approval for project documentation.
• Manage project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and capture lessons learned.
• Ensure proper hand-over and close-out of each project.
• Track and complete punch list items.
Innovation and Renovations portfolio
• Coordinate with departments to ensure the quality of project deliverables.
• Execute detailed commissioning plans and start-up processes.
• Ensure sample sales for annual sales meetings and other requests.
• Prepare plans for the transition to new raw materials.
• Validate new artwork for new products.
• Coordinate permitting activities for new products.
• Plan and deliver raw materials for new products and SKUs.
CaPEX execution for new equipment and facilities portfolio
• Oversee project management processes for equipment purchases, contractor selection, and contract negotiation.
• Work with design groups for specifications and drawing packages.
• Implement bid cycles and lead bid events.
• Supervise installation and contractors.
• Coordinate permitting activities for changes in production facilities.
• Lead critical projects like production sites and national innovation launches.
• Coordinate Factory Acceptance and Site Acceptance Protocols tests.
• Validate feedback for RFIs during construction.
• Manage multimillion-dollar investments
Qualifications
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, and/or project management.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with multimillion-dollar investments.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practice
