As a transportation procurement and operations intern at Primo Brands, Inc., you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of procurement and operations within the transportation field by assisting with contract administration, business analytics and project management. This role offers a dynamic learning environment where you will contribute to impactful initiatives while building your professional skillset.
Duration: June 2, 2025 – August 8, 2025. Must be available for the first week (6/2 – 6/6), the last week (8/4 – 8/8) and at least 7 of the 8 weeks between 6/9 – 8/1. Any known absence must be communicated in advance to Talent Acquisition and the Hiring Manager.
Schedule/Hours per week: Monday – Friday, 30-40 hours per week during the 10-week program.

Pay: $24.00 / hour
Responsibilities:
- Support the integrations project plans related to the company merger.
- Assist with the administration transportation agreements
- Build carrier compliance scorecard on rates, invoicing, safety, and freight claims
- Build business cases for location specific company drivers
- Manage and create key performance reporting to executive team.
- Work with procurement manager on requests for proposals and analyze results.
- Conduct shipment rideability tests with carriers and shipping locations. Report on finding.
- Further develop key performance indicators for the private fleet.
- Create training materials for the onboarding of private fleet drivers with cross functional peers.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in supply chain management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business intelligence tools a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
