Job Description
The Water Solutions business is in the midst of an unprecedented transformation with the goal of delivering exponential growth. Accordingly, we are seeking a Warehouse Execution Manager to support the expansion of the Water Solutions business. The preferred location for this position is in one of our large service markets in the assigned geography. This position reports to the Director, Warehouse and Facilities, Water Solutions
Pay Range: $94,866 – 111,890. This role is eligible for an annual bonus.
The Warehouse Execution Manager is a critical role which proactively manages connectivity between multiple functions and field locations to ensure warehouse KPIs are achieved.
You will be responsible for the overall execution of the national warehouse strategy. You will work nationally with various functions and other Warehouse Execution Managers to identify and game plan deep dive visits. You are the SME for all warehouse operations in your defined geography, conducting deep dives to close gaps and work with regional teams on performance improvements and new initiative tests/rollouts.
Key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
• Lead implementation and execution of Warehouse Standards
• Provide support on capital related projects for specific territory
• Responsible for the overall loading strategy
• Provide P&L oversight on warehouse labor and inventory
• Act as a key influencer to identify gaps in inventory, supply and warehouse processes and implement solutions to mitigate risk
• Outline, define, and execute warehouse, supply, and inventory specific training to frontline leadership
• KPI Support – Out of Stocks / Loading Accuracy / Day fill load reporting / expiration tracking
• Conduct branch visits to gain insights into opportunities and support needs from the field
• Work with field to address any racking inspections gaps
• Field audit support for your assigned territory
• 30% – 50% travel required
Qualifications
Key qualifications include:
• 7+ years in Operations Leadership roles with warehouse and supply chain experience
• Prior experience leading multi-location geographies in a distribution environment
• Extensive experience managing operational warehouse processes
• Ability to influence Senior Leaders and anticipate/manage change and challenges
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated familiarity with and commitment to safety as a key company initiative and priority
• Strong analytical skills in multiple functions, multi-tasking, performance under pressure
• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
