Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Spring Fleet Specialist (Dispatcher) to oversee the management of our for-hire tanker drivers.
This role involves scheduling, training, documentation maintenance, and ensuring compliance with all internal and external spring haul regulations.
Factory Location: Breinigsville, PA (Allentown – ALP)
Compensation: Starting Pay: $29.50 / hour (based on experience)
Shift differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, C Shift, 5:00 pm – 5:00 am
Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs
Must be able to attend training for up to 12 weeks during the day, start time 5:00 am

Skills Required:
– Manage daily schedules of company and for-hire tanker drivers
– Monitor Water levels at 2 bottling plants and adjust drivers schedule to meet plant demand
– Manage spring withdraw allotments
– Create deliveries in SAP
– Goods receipt deliveries after reconciling to the driver logs
– Work closely with Spring Fleet carriers to ensure accurate information is entered
– Aware of optimal performance indicators and frequently recommend process improvements
– Conduct Quality Assurance training for drivers
– Ensure Spring Haul is Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliant
– Ensure Driver SOP’s and PPE compliance
– Tracking of Tanker maintenance
– Maintain Quality Assurance files on inspections, micro sampling, and Clean-in-Place (CIP’s)
– Ensure all safety related items are addressed i.e. driver or equipment
– Ensure compliance to internal and external regulations related to spring haul ( i.e. DOT laws, community relations)
– Proactively communicate with production and planning teams to make appropriate water supply resolutions
– Execute contingency plans (unscheduled absentee, equipment issues, system malfunctions)
– Maintain PO’s and delete BOL’s in a timely manner for month end
Qualifications
Requirements/Qualifications:
– High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
– Prior transportation, logistics, dispatching and/or planning experience required
– Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and SAP
– Ability to handle multiple projects in a very fast paced environment
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and teamwork skills
– Ability to work without supervision and in a group based environment
– Customer focused attitude in a dynamic environment
– Additional skills testing may be required
