Job Description
We are currently seeking a CMI Analyst to be located in Coppell, TX and report to the Manager VMI / CMI.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Drive service level and consequently customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high quality service meeting SAM’s Clubs expectations and needs
• Manage replenishment using information such as sales history, forecast and stock holding within the customer Distribution Centre/Store
• Recognize and measure where possible, elements of replenishment from stock holding locations
• Optimize distribution costs by collaborating with Physical Logistics, Production and Transportation
• Participate in alignment meetings with Demand Supply Planning and Generating Demand
• Participates in Demand & Supply Review Meetings to support in collaboration and alignment of actions to solve for out-of-stock situations.
• Executes strategies to ensure stock allocation based on business priorities and SAM’s Club prioritization
• Participate in operational review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of the CMI process
• In depth use of the CMI technical solution, including data maintenance and alignment with Customer Systems
Qualifications
• College Degree preferred
• Two or more years of operational experience in order-to-cash in a similar market environment or trade structure.
• Additionally, operational experience at market/business level, in the following areas is beneficial:
– Working for or with a customer in a collaborative environment
– Working in other Supply Chain Functions such as Logistics or Sales support
