Job Description

Factory Location: Dallas, TX
Compensation: $28.00 / hour
Shift differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations
  • Maintain and update transportation KPI (key performance indicator) reports
  • Communicate with clients by phone/email to arrange pickup/delivery times and delivery updates
  • Manage loads through our Transportation Management System
  • Be proactive in identifying potential shipment issues and communicating them to other impacted departments
  • Help manage and assist third party carriers
  • Oversee driver delivery times and load completion timeliness
  • Assist in keeping the department in DOT & FDA compliance
  • Engage and embrace Primo Brands Continuous Excellence
  • Deliver business results in line with the Supply Chain Operations Master Plan
  • Conduct business in line with Primo Brands Leadership Framework and Corporate Business Principles
  • Other duties as assigned by the Transportation Management Team

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in dispatching required
  • Experience in transportation preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple people and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and organization skills
  • SAP knowledge and ability
  • Data analytics and strategy experience
  • Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations
  • Computer skills; Microsoft Office; Microsoft Excel Intermediate level preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
